Replying to Item Questions and Comments

Customers will often ask a question or leave comments about items. As a seller it’s important to keep up to date and reply to these customers.

To view and reply to item questions and comments, navigate to the seller’s dashboard.

  • Click on the Item Comments tab, here you will be able to review and directly reply to any questions and comments you might have on any item.
  • To delete a message simply click on the ( X ) mark on the top right or to reply just type your message in the reply box and click reply.
