Buying an Online Service

Some items are listed as services on SiberPro. These differ from downloadable items and bookable calls.

To purchase an online service users should navigate to the Marketplace page.

On the Marketplace you could filter through our options and find an online service item you would like to purchase. Once you have found something then continue with the following:

• Add the item to your cart.
• Select Checkout.
• You will be redirected to the checkout page.
• Complete and fill out all your details.
• Accept the Terms.
• And choose your payment gateway.

After the payment was successful you will be redirected and now see a Purchase Confirmation screen with your orders details. This will be sent to your email directly.

On the payment confirmation page, you will also be able to download your invoice directly.

You will now need to click on the “Progress Service Order” button.

Now you can view the service order and communicate with the seller to progress your order.
