Buying a Bookable Call Session

Some item listings on SiberPro are bookable call sessions. This simply means you can book a time period with an Expert Seller, for instance, to go through some specific questions to get feedback. Follow this guide to buy a bookable call session.

To purchase a Bookable Call Session users should navigate to the Marketplace page.

On the Marketplace you could filter through our options and find an bookable online call item you would like to purchase. Once you have found something then continue with the following:

• Add the item to your cart.
• Select Checkout.
• You will be redirected to the checkout page.
• Here you will need to click on “Edit Session”.
• Choose your date.
• Choose your time.
• Click “Choose Session”.
• Complete and fill out all your details.
• Accept the Terms.
• And choose your payment gateway.

After the payment was successful you will be redirected and now see a Purchase Confirmation screen with your orders details. This will be sent to your email directly.

On the payment confirmation page, you will also be able to download your invoice directly.
